Provider portal
List residual capacity, keep it current, and see the quote requests it generates. Access requires a verified provider account with multi-factor authentication enrolled — the portal will not render a partial view to an unverified session, it will send you to enrolment.
Quote requests
Requests filed against your organisation’s legs, newest work first. Cargo mass, volume and any declared export-control or safety questions are on every row, so you can judge fit before opening anything.

Listing capacity well
- State the real numbers. Available mass, available volume and the dimensional envelope are what shippers filter on. A listing that overstates capacity generates requests you then have to turn down, and each one costs you a review.
- Set an honest booking deadline. It is the date the shipper is actually racing, and it is the single field most likely to make a request arrive too late to be useful to either of you.
- Keep status current. Move a leg to on hold or booked as soon as it stops being open. Shippers see status on every card, and a stale listing is worse for you than no listing.
- Say what the interface is. Power, thermal and data notes decide fit as often as mass does, and answering them in the listing removes an entire email round trip.
Two ways to publish
Add a leg through the portal form, or publish from your own systems through the Empties API. API-created legs arrive as drafts for you to review and publish, and API access is issued per organisation, requires completed MFA enrolment, and is rate limited. Regenerating a key invalidates the previous one immediately and requires you to re-authenticate.
Legs are owned by your organisation, not by the individual who created them, so colleagues can cover for each other without handing round credentials.
Your obligations as a provider
You represent that you hold the authority and licensure to offer the capacity you list, and that your listings are accurate. The standard risk disclaimer is applied to every listing and is not to be removed or altered. Manifest decisions and operator-side compliance remain yours. See the Terms & Conditions for the full provider terms and the Prohibited Cargo Policy for what may and may not be tendered.
